1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be unused, fully assembled (if applicable), and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Custom or personalized orders for specific Table finishes may not be eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned Bookcase or item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged/Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please send photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery to expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
